1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at le1618385@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
2. Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused , unworn , and in original packaging .
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable , unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days , depending on your bank or payment provider.
